Dr. Bang Nguyen, PhD, is Professor of Marketing at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark. Currently, he also serves as Adjunct Professor and DBA supervisor at emlyon Business School. He is the Editor of The Bottom Line, a journal on the economics of information, and on the Editorial Board of Journal of Marketing Management. His research interests include customer relationship management (CRM), branding, entrepreneurship, BtoB marketing, and innovation management. Prof. Bang Nguyen has published widely in leading international journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Business Ethics Quarterly, European Journal of Marketing, and so on. He has published in more than 170 peer reviewed scientific articles, books, conference papers, and book chapters. In addition, he has edited six books, including ‘Ethical and Social Marketing in Asia’ (Elsevier), ‘The Dark Side of CRM’ (Routledge), ‘Services Marketing Cases in Asia’ (Springer), ‘Asia Branding’ (Palgrave MacMillan), ‘Internet Retailing’ (Routledge), and ‘Strategic Brand Management in Higher Education’ (Routledge).
