Prof. He has decent industry experience and had managed the Financial Department of Lenovo Group, responsible for financial analysis, financial planning and overall budget management. Since 2000, she has been widely consulted by mainly listed companies on budget management, comprehensive performance management, investment and financing management, and modern cost management projects, including China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, UFIDA Software, Minsheng Bank, Sinochem Group, Motorola University. She has also involved in several executive education projects like Tsinghua CFO Program and Central Finance University CFO Program. The courses she taught include "Financial Statement Analysis and Risk Prevention", "Financial Management from a Business Perspective", "Value-Oriented Financial Management", "Corporate Financial Strategy" and etc.

Over the years, Prof. He has devoted herself to research on corporate finance and capital markets, value management and capital management and management accounting. She has published more than 60 papers in national core journals and international conferences, such as Management World, Accounting Research, China Industrial Economy, Management Review and Economic Management, completed by a number of monographs and translations, such as "Financial Transformation of Telecom Operaters", "Report of Cutting-Edge Financial Management Research", "Cases of Financial Management in China”, “Financial Management Cases of Listed Companies” and “Global Internet Enterprise Development Report 2015: Capital Markets, Financial Innovation and Sustainable Development”.
