Ms. Chen is an effective enabler of business performance and an expert in organization development and change management. She is also an excellent executive coach, curriculum designer and learning catalyst. She has successfully helped more than 100 Fortune 500 companies in China and Asia Pacific to design and deliver learning programs and leadership development programs, including change management, change leadership, corporate culture building and transformation, strategic human resource management and organizational development. Her clients span the financial, pharmaceutical, FMCG, electrical, energy and internet industries.
Ms. Chen has more than 20 years of sound experience in cross-departmental business management, complemented by years of experience as an executive consultant. She has served as Head of Organizational Development for Alibaba Group, also in charge of its Lakeside College; Consultant and Executive Coach at AIA; Senior Vice President of Allianz Insurance Group in China; and Leader of Organizational Capability Unit in Greater China and Deputy Director of Chinese Market at PepsiCo. Previously, she also held a wide range of positions related to organizational change and cultural transformation in leading multinationals in various industries, including Schindler, Kohler and Schneider. In these organizations, she worked with the top management in the world, Asia Pacific and China to design and promote diverse organizational change projects, including corporate culture transformation aligned with organizational strategic transformation, comprehensive alignment of organizational structure and form, channel and operational transformation, new strategy formation and implementation, new leadership modeling and future-oriented leadership development, general manager and future successor development projects and integrated implementation of Six Sigma projects.
Ms. Chen is currently Expert of the Center for Organizational Change and Leadership at emlyon business school Asia and Consultant at Alibaba Group. Previously, she was Visiting Professor at SJTU-Kedge Business School and taught “Strategic Human Resource Management” and other courses for its EMBA and MBA Programs. As an industry opinion leader in change management and organizational development and transformation, she has presented to more than 10,000 corporate executives and HR executives on change management, cultural shaping, strategic human resource management and organizational development over the past decade. She has personally led more than 500 seminars and workshops in Asia Pacific region, benefiting more than 20,000 executives and managers.
