The emlyon business school forever East China is to unveil a new life circle for alumni in east China, a bigger platform of interaction in academia, career and life, with succeeding efforts to strengthen emlyon forever alumni network by stepping up regional resources sharing, information exchange and social networking. During the preparation of East China forever Network, various alumni clubs will also be launched for more ways to fun.

Join in the Committee of East China forever network

ROLE

• Be a representative of the emlyon forever network;
• Develop a close relationship with members of the defined community: students (on an internship or academic exchange), executive participants, graduates and other related networks;
• Be the primary contact for the school and the emlyon forever network and disseminate information to the community;
• Carry out work plan and development plan of the association;
• Regularly organize alumni events, conduct various cultural and academic, social activities to strengthen the relationship between the alumni and emlyon business school, among the alumni, as well as the alumni and society;
• Propose activities to develop the reputation of the emlyon business school brand.

PROFILE FOR COMMITTE MEMBERS

• Student or Graduate of emlyon business school;
  emlyon forever Lifelong Member;
• Living or working in East China defined for at least 1 year and committing to a minimum of 2 years in this role;
  Knowing how to initiate contacts and take initiatives;
• Wishing to dedicate time to the emlyon forever network;
• Already involved in the emlyon forever network or who wants to get involved;
• A willingness to convey their sense of belonging and develop it within a community.

PROFILE FOR CLUB INITIATOR

• Passionate and well experienced in a certain field;
• Willing to contribute time and energy to plan and organize club activities;
• Equipped with outstanding leadership and organizational ability.

PROCEDURES

1. Selection methods

• Spontaneous;
• Co-opted by the local team of ambassadors;
• Recommended by each program/cohort;
• Suggested by the emlyon business school management team or emlyon forever team.

2. Submission of the candidates' documents (before July 31, 2019)

Please send the email to Ms. Jessica Li (alumni@em-lyon.com.cn) before July 31, 2019 for participation. The email shall contain such information as self-introduction (name, program learning or learnt, year of admission/graduation, work experience and contact details) and personal statement of the candidate.

3. Selection

The Alumni Office will summarize documents of the self-nominated (recommended) candidates and submit to emlyon business school for review and approval, thus getting the list of candidates of the Association.

4. Announcement

The list of candidates of the Association will be announced on official website of emlyon business school Asia for two weeks. After announcement, the Alumni Office of emlyon business school Asia will summarize the announcement results and the Committee of the Association will then organize the inauguration ceremony.
