On the morning of Sep 19th, the Opening Ceremony of BUPT-emlyon GEMBA 2019 Intake Autumn Cohort was held in Auditorium 213 at the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).

A number of leaders and guests were present, including Prof. Tugrul ATAMER, Vice president of emlyon business school. Prof. William WANG, Vice Dean of emlyon business school and Dean of emlyon Asia Campus; Morgan LEFEVRE, Beijing general manager of the French chamber of commerce; Jason ZHANG, Director of GEMBA Programs of emlyon business school; Prof. Luk Ting Kwong, Deputy Academic Director of Global EMBA Program; Prof. Kun XU, vice President of BUPT. Prof. yao WANG , deputy director of the international exchange office; Prof. huan WANG , executive director of the school of economics and management; Juan SONG, deputy secretary of the party committee; Associate professor Ma xiaofei, deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management BUPT.

In the national anthems of the People’s Republic of China and the French Republic, the Opening Ceremony officially kicked off.

Prof. Tugrul ATAMER, Vice President of emlyon business school delivered welcome speech. He extended his warm greetings to all the guests present and extended his warm congratulations to the class of 2019 EMBA freshmen.

Prof. Wang Hua, Vice Dean of emlyon business school and President of emlyon Asian Campus, welcomed the new participants and shared his insights under the theme of the “Embracing future organizational innovation”.

Mr. Morgan LEFEVRE, general manager of French chamber of commerce and industry in Beijing, delivered a speech.

On behalf of alumni of GEMBA, Zeng xucheng made a speech. He expressed his sincere congratulations to the class of 2019 freshmen on behalf of the north China alumni association of emlyon business school.

Liang zengxue, the student representative of GEMBA made a speech. Liang Shared his personal experience and experience in class.
