The Financial Times has revealed its annual ranking for the top 100 Executive MBAs (EMBAs) for 2019.
emlyon business school is continuing to make progress, moving up 8 places to 55th worldwide (from 63rd in 2018). The school had achieved a superb result last year, moving up 22 places.
It’s worth underlining the fact that the emlyon business school Executive MBA scored particularly highly in two categories: reaching the top 10 in terms of career development after the course and making the top 20 for CSR. The latter criteria, introduced in 2018, takes into account the proportion of core courses dedicated to ethics, social and environmental issues, along with participants’ involvement with these issues.
To produce its rankings, the Financial Times also assesses other aspects, such as the quality of the teaching staff, the international nature of the program, the percentage of women in each intake, and the proportion of those women who go on to reach board level positions.
