A Cross-Cultural Study Tour for GSE

During an intensive week-long international study tour, students from the MSc in Global Sales Excellence (GSE) traveled across seven cities in Switzerland and Italy, combining corporate visits, professional exchanges, and cultural immersion.

In Switzerland, students visited global companies including Oracle and Mars. Through exchanges with executives and HR teams, they gained insights into corporate culture, business operations, talent needs, and global sales strategies, while connecting academic learning with real-world practice .

The journey continued in Italy with visits to iconic companies such as VF Corporation and Ferrari. These sessions offered in-depth perspectives on innovation, luxury, and brand management, while reflecting the strong recognition and engagement these companies have with the GSE program.

Beyond corporate visits, students experienced Lake Como, attended a graduation dinner in Milan, and joined networking receptions. These moments strengthened cross-cultural understanding, global networking, and professional reflection.

More than a study tour, this experience represented a transformative learning journey—enhancing global vision, practical insight, and professional ambition. The GSE program continues to empower students to learn beyond the classroom and develop as globally minded sales leaders.
