Continuing from the previous post, after identifying her direction for cross-disciplinary transition, Li Mengjie, a 2023 master's student in Digital Health Management, quickly turned exploration into action. Through active participation in career events and proactive networking, she successfully secured an internship opportunity at BioMérieux.

During her internship, she leveraged digital tools to optimize financial processes and gained practical insights into how technology drives business transformation. Her study visits to the Czech Republic and Brazil further broadened her understanding of global healthcare systems and innovation. Reflecting on her journey, she emphasized that proactivity, cross-disciplinary communication skills, and adaptability were key to her career transition.
