Four women. Four unique journeys. United by the International MBA at emlyon business school, they came together in a multicultural learning environment where they challenged themselves, broadened their perspectives, and embraced new opportunities.

Jessica E., formerly a labor rights advocate in Los Angeles' film and television industry, joined the IMBA to begin a new chapter in her life. The experience strengthened her resilience and reinforced the importance of meaningful relationships and strong support systems. She believes every new adventure begins with the courage to take the first step.

After nine years as an executive producer in the media and entertainment industry, Sangeetha RAO pursued the IMBA to strengthen her business knowledge. She values the program's diverse international cohort for broadening her perspectives and expanding her career possibilities. She encourages future students to stay open-minded and trust the journey.

Tomadher, a working professional and mother of two, balanced the demands of work, study, and family throughout the IMBA. With strong family support, she remained committed to her career goals and hopes to inspire others to believe that family and professional ambitions can go hand in hand.

Mun Ting GOH, a former educator and trainer from Malaysia and mother of two, chose the IMBA to set an example of lifelong learning for her children. Supported by her family and classmates, she persevered through every challenge and encourages future student parents to build a strong support network.

From different countries, careers, and stages of life, these four women each found growth through the emlyon IMBA. Their stories show that the program is more than an MBA—it is a journey of courage, transformation, global perspectives, and lifelong learning
