Jessica E., formerly a labor rights advocate in Los Angeles' film and television industry, joined the IMBA to begin a new chapter in her life. The experience strengthened her resilience and reinforced the importance of meaningful relationships and strong support systems. After nine years as an executive producer in the media and entertainment industry, Sangeetha RAO pursued the IMBA to strengthen her business knowledge.
