Program application procedure for international students


All students participating in the ACS program are enrolled as visiting students at ECNU for administrative and legal purposes here in China (please note that this is your official status here in China).

Unlike previous years, ECNU now requires all exchange students to register on the ECNU Student Management System (online registration address: https://lxsapply.ecnu.edu.cn) and the following documents would be requested during the online registration process.


  • A copy of your passport (note: your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your ACS course, otherwise you will not be able to generate visa documents).
  • An e-passport type personal photograph (preferably a smaller image of less than 100k and the format must be JPG)
  • A copy of your emlyon enrolment certificate as proof that you are an emlyon student.

Program application procedure for Chinese partner university students:

* Chinese partner university students may choose to participate in the full ACS program (core course + elective courses + ICP), or simply ICP.

Competency needed:

  • Chinese students enrolled in a Master’s program. (Undergraduate Students who are in their fourth year will also be taken into consideration.)
  • Majored in the fields of Social Sciences or Management or in related fields (e.g. Law, Economics, Finance, Project Management, International Trade, Tourism Management, Information Science, etc.)
  • Good written and oral skills in English, be able to communicate with international students.
  • Take their studies and their future seriously, make sure the following up of program from the beginning to the end.
