emlyon business school starts a new life circle of student alumni in Asia, providing a broad platform for exchanges in study, career and life. In the future, emlyon business school will further strengthen the sharing of resources, information and networking between regions, and expand the emlyon Asia alumni system. We look forward to brainstorming and innovating along with talented and responsible people, to explore more new methods and create a new experience of alumni life!

ROLE

1. Be the primary contact for the school and the emlyon alumni network and disseminate information to the community;
2. Carry out work plan and development plan of the association;
3. Regularly organize alumni events, conduct various cultural and academic, social activities to strengthen the relationship between the alumni and emlyon business school, among the alumni, as well as the alumni and society;
4. Propose activities to develop the reputation of the emlyon business school brand.

PROFILE FOR ALUMNI AMBASSADOR

• Student or Graduate of emlyon business school;
• Knowing how to initiate contacts and take initiatives;
• Wishing to dedicate time to the emlyon alumni network;
• Already involved in the emlyon alumni network or who wants to get involved.

we welcome talented alumni from all programs; we expect you to serve as a student alumni contact to get in touch with alumni of all classes from your program to participate in our exciting alumni events!

PROCEDURES

1. Selection methods

• Spontaneous;
• Co-opted by the local team of ambassadors;
• Recommended by each program/cohort;
• Suggested by the emlyon business school management team or emlyon alumni team.

2. Submission of the candidates' documents (before Nov. 15, 2022)

online submission(Scan the QR code to complete relevent documents);

3. Selection

According to the selection criteria, we will select qualified and outstanding applicants for interviews; those who pass the interviews will become emlyon business school alumni ambassadors.

4. Announcement

The list of alumni ambassadors will be announced on official website of emlyon business school Asia for two weeks.
