Recently, students from the MSc in Global Sales Excellence program took part in an unforgettable study trip to Munich and Stuttgart DE—immersing ourselves in the heart of Germany’s sales, tech, and industrial powerhouses.
Across a packed schedule of company visits, expert sessions, and high-level networking, we witnessed how some of the world’s most iconic firms build and sustain sales excellence on a global scale.
Here are just a few of the highlights that left a lasting impression:
- Siemens – We began with an inspiring session led by Jaren KrchnaviJaren Krchnavi, Head of Sales Enablement, on how Siemens turns data, digital tools, and leadership into sales performance at scale. Adding a human-centric lens, Britta Lorenz (Founder of “Be Human”) challenged us to rethink enablement as a blend of empathy and strategy.
- LinkedIn – Bjoern JankeBjoern Janke and Olga FroestlOlga Froestl walked us through how LinkedIn drives B2B growth across Europe. The discussion on Sales Navigator, team collaboration, and culture-driven selling offered a fresh look at modern sales orchestration.

- ServiceNow – In discussions with Christian Ter, Aichurok Omokoeva and Marc Florian Klöpfer we saw how selling in the AI era requires more than just product knowledge—it’s about enabling real transformation at scale.
- SAP – Yannik Bart introduced us to SAP's vision of digital transformation. Through advanced ERP tools and global scale, SAP showed us how complexity can become opportunity through smart systems and bold thinking.
- BMW Welt Tour – Our journey ended with a walk through the evolution of BMW—from heritage craftsmanship to next-gen mobility. A powerful reminder of what it takes to build a legacy that adapts with time.
