I often ask the people I meet:
Are you happy?
As the programming manager at OneSight,
my KPIs are “impact on lives”.
I define a strategy for each country. I develop partnerships with the optical industry and CRS offers for future sponsors. I manage my projects for A to Z, such as temporary ophthalmologic clinics in rural areas or glasses stores for people living on less than a dollar a day. Now I train opticians on a new point of sales in Bangladesh.
I moved from the luxury sector to the bottom of the pyramid. After 7 intense years in marketing and commercial development in Asia, I was looking for a great “purpose” with a strong entrepreneurial dimension. A humanitarian mission for Onesight opened my eyes.
In 15 days, in a makeshift clinic in Thailand, we equipped 7000 patients. I want to contribute to the roll-out of the Asia strategy. Today, I work with various partners to change the vision and the lives of more than 200,000 people at the Burma-Thai border.
My husband and I were planning a challenge elsewhere, our belongings were in storage, and we ended up staying in Singapore for this amazing cause!
