Prof. Xavier Richet has worked for many renowned universities, including Universities of Rennes 2, Marne la Vallée, Sorbonne Nouvelle, and Hong Kong Baptist University. Currently, he serves as the Adjunct Professor at emlyon business school. Prof. Xavier Richet has devoted a large part of his research to studying the transition to the market of the former European socialist economies as well as emerging economies, particularly in Asia. In this context, he was interested in the strategies of firms to and from these economies. He has particularly studied the growth pattern of firms in emerging countries, their internationalization through industrial cooperation and innovation, with a particular interest in China.
