Lily Lyu is a HR Consultant specialized in Recruitment and Assessment project. Born in Shanghai, Lily graduated from East China University of Politics and Law. She has had 25 years of experience, as corporate Director of HR & Administration in multi-national company, Project Director in international executive search firm.
Lily has plentiful experience of overseeing the HR function of recruiting, training, staff development, corporate strategy of talent resource vs business development etc. She is also an expert of business development for HR consulting project, good at client service and relationship.
Lily is an experienced leader of consulting project, professionally leaded team to provide service to different sector of company, screen and select talent for senior executive positions.
During her career life, she has gained knowledge of various industry:
- Service: Hotel, Call Center, Law Firm, Auditing and Consulting Firm, Sourcing
- Manufactory: Auto, Chemical, Paper, Automation, Pham, FMCG
- Consumer: Supermarket, Retail.
Since April 2008, Lily has been working with emlyon business school Asia Campus as Tutor of ICP project, Jury of ICP presentation, Facilitator of Career Workshop. The ICP projects involve many companies, including Saint-Gobain, Auchan, Carrefour, Lenovo, True Temper, Sasa, Aden Service, Arc International, Oney, Jobedin, Haole, Nack Retreats Resort, etc. She will advise student for business direction, guide them for information and data analyses, evaluate their solution and recommendation to company, and assess their report and presentation to the board members of the school.
