Ms. CHEN Jianwen is a highly accomplished business performance driver and expert in organizational development and change management. She is also an exceptional executive coach, professor, and curriculum design specialist. She has successfully helped over 100 Fortune 500 companies in China and the Asia-Pacific region design and deliver systematic action learning programs and leadership development initiatives. Her teaching modules include Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Empowering Leadership, Change Management, and Strategic Planning and Decoding. Her clients span diverse industries, including finance, automotive, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, electrical & energy, and internet sectors.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in strategy and HR, as well as extensive consulting and training expertise, Ms. CHEN previously served as Head of Organizational Development at Alibaba Group (concurrently managing Hupan College), Advisor and Executive Coach at AIA Group, Senior Vice President of Allianz China, and Organizational Capability Leader and Deputy Director of the China Market at PepsiCo Greater China. Earlier in her career, she held roles related to organizational change and strategic transformation at leading multinational corporations such as Schindler Elevator, Kohler, and Schneider Electric. In these organizations, she worked closely with global, regional, and China management teams to design and drive various organizational transformation initiatives, including: new strategy formulation and execution, channel and operational transformation, corporate culture transformation, comprehensive organizational restructuring, leadership model development, future leader programs, and Six Sigma implementation. These invaluable experiences enable her to quickly and accurately understand clients' business contexts and key challenges, proposing and implementing high-quality solutions to effectively manage change while developing talent and organizations.

Currently, Ms. CHEN serves as an expert at the Leadership and Organizational Innovation Center of emlyon business school Asia campus, while also advising Alibaba Group and AIA. As Managing Director, she leads two startups focused on enhancing human capital value and organizational effectiveness through AI. Previously, she was a Visiting Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Marseille Business School, teaching courses like "Strategic HR Management" for EMBA and MBA students. As an industry thought leader in change management and organizational development, she has delivered speeches to over 10,000 executives on these topics in the past decade and facilitated 500+ workshops benefiting 20,000+ managers across Asia-Pacific. Ms. CHEN studied English and American Literature at Shanghai International Studies University, later earning her Executive MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Marseille Business School. She has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD in organizational innovation and change. Based in mainland China, she has lived and worked in the US, Germany, France, Singapore, and Taiwan. She is fluent in both Chinese and English for instruction.

Vivian Lee has accumulated 15 years of extensive experience as an HR executive and brand management specialist at globally renowned multinational corporations including IBM, EY, and Huawei's global headquarters. She served as Project Director of Huawei's Global Human Resources Department, directly overseeing operations across more than 160 countries. Prior to this role, Vivian consecutively held the position of Regional Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at both IBM and EY for over a decade. Before 2009 in Hong Kong, she worked as a university lecturer, professional brand consultant, and executive coach, with long-term corporate clients including AIA, Cisco, Citibank, EY, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan. Vivian is certified as a Strategic HR Business Partner by the Human Capital Institute (USA, 2017) and holds a Master's degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with a degree in Communication and New Media from City University of Hong Kong.
